Edward J. Cusack, formerly of 716 Eleventh street, but more recently of the Hyde Park hotel, Chicago, died suddenly Saturday, November 24, at the Illinois Central hospital after an illness of only two weeks.

Burial services were held at Rosehill on Monday.

Mr. Cusack is survived by his son, Dwight W. Cusack of Wilmette. Mrs. Cusack passed away about 18 months ago.

Mr. Cusack was an official of the Chicago Elevated Advertising company and was a resident of Wilmette for 15 years.
