- Mrs. Emma Ley, 79, formerly of Wilmette, died on October 21 at the Evanston Hospital of a cerebral hemorrhage. Mrs. Ley was the mother of Burt F., Clement C., Mary M., and the late Arthur J. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
