Another name was added to the heavy toll of deaths caused by Sunday's tornado Wednesday when John Taggart, 76 years old, a retired contractor, was killed in the back yard of his home, 1210 Isabella street, by a charged electric wire. Mr. Taggart was repairing several small buildings in the rear of his home and accidentally caught hold of a guy wire that was carrying a load of 2,400 volts. Mr. Taggart is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marie Taggart, and four children, John and Frank Taggart, Mrs. Bessie Cassidy, and Mrs. Lyda O. Harrison.
