Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

2005-Z-39 311 Third Street

A request by Susan H. Nelson for a 5.8' rear yard setback variation, a 361.25 square foot (12.1%) total rear yard impervious surface coverage variation and a 128.21 square foot (7.36%) structural rear yard impervious surface coverage variation to permit the construction of an addition on a legal nonconforming structure on the property legally described as:

A request by Minh Nguyen for a personal service special use (nail salon), a 5 space parking variation and a variation from the requirement that vehicular access be provided to the parking area from only a collector or major street on the property legally described as:

Lot 2 in Optima Center Wilmette Resubdivision, Being a resubdivision in Township 42 North, Range, 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.

2005-Z-81 1045 New Trier Court

A request by Peter Petrakis for a 445.17 square foot (11.88%) total floor area variation to permit the construction of a two-story addition to the structure on the property legally described as:
