Benjamin Alvin Martin who made his home with his grandson-in-law and granddaughter. Mr. and Mrs. John A. Neal of 1016 Ashland avenue, Wilmette, passed away in the Ravenswood hospital Febuary 25, in his ninety-fifth year. Services were held in historic North Swansea Baptist church in Massachusetts and interment was in the church cemetery where one of his ancestors was buried in 1647. Mr. Martin was born May 24, 1844 in Rehoboth Mass, which his ancestors founded, as they did Swansea, Mass.
