- Theresa Santi, 89, of Highland Park, died on April 11 at the Villa St. Cyril in Highland Park. Mrs. Santi was born in 1900 in Italy. She was the wife of the late John Santi (one of the founders of Santi Bros. Dairy). Survivors include her daughter Catherine (Amadeo) Menoni of Highland Park; and son Raymond (Frances) Santi of Deerfield. Two sons, Brother Roland (George) of St. Louis and Louis (Maura) of Highland Park preceded Mrs. Santi in death. She was grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 29.
