- Donald Hagey McCosh, of Slidell, La., died Oct. 12 in the Ochaner Clinic, New Orleans. He was 37. Mr. McCosh was born in Evanston. He is survived by his wife, Jean; a son, Kenneth; and a daughter, Leigh Ann. He also is survived by his mother, Mrs. Harry H. McCosh of Plantation, Fla.; and two sisters, Jane Halquist of Plantation, and Nancy Wittleder of Winnetka.
