- Clifford E. Ives, 94, a Wilmette resident for more than 50 years, died May 8 in Evanston Hospital. Mr. Ives had lived for the past 11 years in The Georgian in Evanston. His wife, Faye, died in 1961. A native of Summertown, Tenn He is survived by his daughters, Virginia LaFave of Wilmette, Caryl Rohwedder of Springfield, Mo., and a son, Clifford A. Ives of La Jolla, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
