The bride is the daughter of Helen and Robert Hovis of Glencoe. The groom is the son of Benita and Lee Afflerbach of Columbia, Md. Maid of honor was Sandi Hovis, the bride's sister. Best man was Michael Afflerbach, the groom's brother. The couple reside in Chicago.
