- Gerard J. Casey, 68, DDS, of 1001 Linden Av. in Wilmette, died Jan. 7 at Evanston Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mary Rose; a daughter Mary Donna Lockyer of York, Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Mary, Jennifer and Sarah Lockyer; and a brother-in law, the Rev. John F. Brown, pastor emeritus of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Riverside, Illinois.
