- U.S. Boys' Working Reserve is seeking to locate every youngster who has joined land army. The organization has supplied more than 17,000 boys to Illinois farmers this year. OF this number, only 11,000 have sent in registration cards. Many were directly placed by High Schools in the state, and no records were kept of names and addresses.
