- The Fell Company's clothing store in Winnetka will close by the end of the year a family member said. Bitsy Winograd, whose grandfather was founder Sam Fell, said the family finalized the sale of the Lincoln Avenue store and a second building on Elm Street on Sept. 7 to New Trier Partners, LLC.
