- Architect Walter Sobel talked with a group of students from Braeside School in Highland Park about designing changes for their school that would be environmentally friendly. He designed a wing of Braeside School in 1938. Sobel has lived for the past 50 years in a 1909 Frank Lloyd Wright hoome in Wilmette at 507 Lake Ave. Sobel is in his early 90s.
