- Pi Beta Phi voted Friday at the twenty-second biennial convention to begin social settlement work and to support a school among the mountian people of eastern Tennessee. The settlement will be established at Gatlinburg, Tennessee, where Miss Emma Harper Turner who led the appeal said there was no school.
