Mrs. Louis Bruch, 1201 Greenwood avenue, entertained the Drama Study class yesterday, the afternoon being spent it study of the play, "Cyrano de Bergerac," By Edmund Rostand.
There will be an auction bridge party at the Country Club Saturday evening, 8:30 o'clock.
Mrs. W. B. Davies, 530 Forest avenue, was hostess to her Bridge and Luncheon Club on Tuesday.
Mrs. George Weaver, 812 Ashland, will entertain her Bridge club next Tuesday for luncheon.
Mrs. Albert Lennon of North Edgewater entertained the North Shore Luncheon Club yesterday.
Mrs. I. R. Adkins entertained the Central Avenue circle on Friday.
The ladies of the fifth division held an extra all-day meeting Thursday at the home of Mrs. Evans, 616 Gregory avenue. This finishes their work for the year. The next meeting wil be held in September.
The Eight club will be entertained next Tuesday by Mrs. Thomas G. Winnett of Chestnut Avenue.
The Thursday Bridge and Luncheon club met last week with Mrs. Richard Pattillo, 620 Forest avenue, and will meet next Thursday at the home of Mrs. T .B. Potter on Elmwood.
Mrs. Lester Wood on Washington avenue will be hostess at a meeting of the Friday club tomorrow.
Mrs. Arthur L. Rice, 518 Central avenue, entertained the Reading Circle on Monday.
A club of twenty young women from Evanston, Wilmette and Glencoe enjoyed a beach party Monday of last week in Glencoe. After a supper on the beach, the girls adjourned to the home of Miss Mabel Albright on Park avenue to spend the evening. Miss Gladys Pfiefer on Ninth and Forest avenue, Wilmette, will entertain the same girls next Monday.
Mrs. W. B. Davies, 530 Forest avenue, entertained the Tuesday club at lucheon this week.
