- Henry Russell Platt, Jr., whose ancestors founded Plattsburgh, N.Y., died Dec. 29 [1973] at Evanston Hospital. Mr. Platt, 76, lived at 802 Ashland Av., in Wilmette. Mr. Platt is survived by his wife, Helen; two sons, H. Russell III of Wilmette and Pete V. of Columbus, Ohio; a brother, Sherwood K., a sister, Mrs. George (Theodora) Bobrinskoy; six grandchildren; two stepsons, Brian and Robert Remlinger; and a stepdaughter, Dr. Kathleen Remlinger.
