- Mrs. J. A. Bellows is chairman of the educational department of The Neighbors. An extensive program has been planned to be held on Wednesdays, the first and third at the home of Mrs. Schultze, the second and fourth at the home of Mrs. Ridgway. The subject will be "Our New Responsibilities as Parents, as Citizens." Titles of programs through December 18th. Discussion leaders are: Mrs. Case, Mrs. Ware, Mrs. Horswell, William H. White, Mrs. Sanborn, Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Ruth, Mrs. Phelps, Mrs. Poole, Mrs. McDonald, Mrs. Burnham, Mrs. Vennema, Mrs. Andrews, Mrs. D. J. Evans, Mrs. Bessie Taylor, Mrs. Eckhart, Mrs. Cresap, Mrs. Stevens, Mrs. Gasque, Mrs. Steele, Mrs. Young, Mrs. Starr, Mrs. Florence B. Ross, Mrs. Porter, Mrs. Lind
