- Three members of the J. Maynard Packel family escaped from the second floor of their Kenilworth home, 517 Greenwood Ave., during a fire shortly after midnight yesterday [May 25]. Linda Packel awakened her parents and ran next door to the home of John W. Lane of 511 Greenwood Avenue, who turned in the alarm.
The Packel home formerly belonged to band leader Wayne King. - Date of Publication
