- Loyola won its first tournament title with a 2-0 victory over GCA Red team St. Ignatius. Sports interview with Loyola player Allison Suhey of Deerfield. She will attend Penn State university in the fall, but will play soccer there at the club level. Suhey and her older brother, Joseph, are fourth-generation family members to attend Penn State. Their father is former Bears fullback Matt Suhey, and mother Donna both attended the school in the 1970s. Joe and Allison's grandfather, Steve Suhey, played football in the 1940s. Their grandfather Bob Higgins played between 1915-1919 and coached the team from 1930-48.
