- State Rep. Julie Hamos, D-18th, officially announced her candidacy Tuesday for Congress in he 10th Congressional District. Comments by state Rep. Karen May, D-58th, and State Rep. Sara Feigenholtz, D-12th. Democrat Dan Seals of Wilmette announced July 21 that he, too, will seek the 10th District seat.
