- George E. Tarnow, 126 Fourth street, Wilmette, died last Friday morning at Alexian Brothers hospital in Chicago. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Maude Tarnow, two daughters, Mrs. James Costello of Chicago and Vivianna of Wilmette, one son, Wesley of Wilmette, and two brothers, Edward and Herman, both of Chicago. The funeral Monday morning was held at St. Francis Xavier church in Wilmette. Pallbearers were Frank Meter, Robert Fontham, Christopher Curran, Ray C. Pearson, William Mooney and Carl Schaeffer. Burial was at St. Joseph's cemetery in Chicago.
