- Miss Elizabeth Walkey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George B. Walkey, 1607 Lake avenue, was married last Saturday afternoon to Leslie Mannasmith, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Mannasmith of Clarinda, Iowa. The ceremony, which was performed by the bride's cousin, the Rev. John M. Hayes of Evanston, took place at the Walkey residence. Miss Luella Mary Walkey and Lorraine Walkey, were their sister's only attendants. John Reed of Rogers Park was Mr. Mannasmith's only attendent. The bride and bridegroom have departed on a honeymoon in the Black Hills, S.D.
