- Village staff members are scheduled to present a balanced 2010 budget to the Village Board Tuesday. The budget is 12% less than the budget for this year. Cuts were made in hours and positions for staff members through attrition and eliminating a contingency fund. The only service cut is the elimination of back-door garbage pickup from its contract with Veolia Environmental Services for next year.
