- Clarence B. Schneider, 46, a former Glenview and Wilmette resident, died July 25 in Highland Park Hospital. He lived at 1295 Ridge Rd., Highland Park. Several surviving brothers and sisters are Northbrook and Deerfield residents. Survivors are his sisters, Marion Fixel of Morton Grove, Rosalie McCowan of Wheeling, Lucille Heaton of Rothbury, Mich., Lorraine Ferrari of Northbrook; and brothers, Roland of Deerfield, Norman of Boulder, Colo., Arnold of Glenview, Arthur of Northbrook, James of Highland Park, Roy of Niles, and Harvey of Glenview; and 40 nieces and nephews. Mr. Schneider's sisters, Alice and Arlene died in 1950. Another sister, Jeanette, died in 1935, and a brother, Alfred, died in World War II. His mother, Anna, died in 1968, and his father, Edward A., in 1960. Burial was in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Wilmette.
