- Otto G. Wiegand, 69, formerly of 2121 Lake Ave., Wilmette, died July 31 in W. Volusia Hospital in Deland, Fla. Mr. Wiegand is survived by his wife, Florence; a son, Michael of New York; three sisters, Maria Wiegand of Lake Forest, Emma Wiegand and Rosa Helfrich; and a brother, Damus of Germany. Burial was in Oakdale Cemetery of Deland, Fla.
