- Edgar Butler Baumann of 611 Briar road, Northfield, died suddenly Thursday morning, March 15 in the Evanston hospital. Mr. Baumann was born in Chicago in 1875. Mr. Baumann's father was the late Edward S. Baumann. In addition to his wife, Emma Rydell Baumann, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edward H. Collins, the former Christine Baumann, of 747 Lincoln avenue; a son, Capt. Edward R. Baumann at Fort McClellan, Alabama; and a grandson, Edward Baumann Collins.
