- William James Groves died May 24 in his home, 1440 Sheridan Rd., Wilmette. He was 62. He is survived by his widow, Ione; a daughter, Cathy, of Chicago; three sons, Thomas, of the Wilmette address; James, of San Diego Cal., and William Jr., and two grandchildren. Burial at Calvary Cemetery, Evanston.
