- Justice of the Peace, William J. Schatz followed the example recently set by Police Magistrate Boyer in joining the "safety first" campaign on Saturday. Schatz fined Charles Frey, age 19, 1020 Sherman avenue, Evanston, with speeding on a motorcycle. Frey was arrested Friday by Sergt. George Pestka for speeding thirty-six miles an hour on Prairie avenue. In the absence of Justice William Norkett, Justice Schatz took the case.
