Mrs. A. F. Callahan is visiting in Louisville, Ky.

Mrs. D. A. Winship of Elm street is visiting in Western Springs, Ill.

Miss Carrie Trapp will leave this week for California to spend the winter.

Dr. Leirck and Dr. Laghi have rented the new Knapp house on Linden street.

Mis Julia Larned left Monday for California, where she is to spend the winter.

Mr. and Mrs. Elmer E. Adams made a trip to Kankakee by motor last Sunday

Mr. E. E. Albright has moved to Chicago, where he has accepted a new position.

Mr. H. M. Nichols has sold his residence on Oak street, and has moved his family to Chicago.

Dr. and Mrs. Phillip S. Doane, 500 Sheridan road, are to return to their Chicago home next Monday.

Mrs. Alfred Nelson of Ash street, who has been in Sweden all summer, is expected home next week.

Miss Katherine Greene of Prospect avenue left Tuesday for the East, where she is to attend school.

Mr. and Mrs. William Johnson of Chicago expect to occupy their new home in Hubbard Woods late this week.

Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Larned, who have been in Hubbard Woods this summer, have returned to Chicago.

Mr. and Mrs. J W. Amberg, who have occupied a house on North Avenue this summer, have returned to their town home.

Mr. and Mrs. P. D. Herwitz, who have occupied a house on Ashland avenue this summe, have returned to their Chicago home.

Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Winne of Chicago, who have occupied the Kasner house on Provident avenue this summer, have returned to their town home.

Mrs. Charles H. Thorne of Maple avenue has returned from a visit in Maryland, where her son is a student at the Lorne school

Dr. and Mrs. Knocke of Chicago have taken one of the new houses on Ashland avenue in Hubbard Woods. They expect to move into their new home this week.

Mr. and Mrs. N. Landon Hoyt, who have been traveling in Europe for four months, are expected home this week. Miss Sarah Hoyt remained in Paris, where she is to attend school.

Mr. Ernest Burkitt has resigned his position with Marshall Field & Co. and has accepted a position with the Roberts & Schaefer Co. of Chicago. The Roberts & Schaefer Co. are large contractors who do work in all parts of the country. Mr. Burkitt left Tuesday anight for Bloomington, Ill., to have charge of some work being done there.
