- Emily Racowski, 18, of Milwaukee was supposed to meet her cousin, Frank Grimse at an Evanston train station yesterday. After waiting for two trains to stop at the Central Street Station, with no sign of his cousin, Grimse contacted relatives in Milwaukee and learned that Racowski had left there. The police are now involved in this case.
