- Bishop Samuel Fallows talked about harassment of women in public places during a prelude to his sermon Sunday at St. Paul's Reformed Episcopal Church in Chicago. He said offending men should be arrested and punished. He attributed part of the problem to women wearing inappropriate clothing. He also criticised young men and unchaperoned girls for meeting in public places.
