Proceedings to reclaim for the state a valuable piece of made land along the lake shore at Evanston were begun in the circuit court Monday by Robert N. Holt, special assistant to the attorney general. The land adjoins residential property in Lee street near Main street, and is valued at $60,000. Wesley L. Knox, John W. Judkins, Charles T. Ozmun, Effie Eugene Ozmun and Louis H. Grimme are the defendants in the suit.
