- Health inspection of Evanston grocery stores and markets is being conducted by Hugh McCulloch from the health department. To assist stores in the future, the health commissioner, Dr. Balderson has issued a circular letter to the store owners detailing precautions they can take to insure they meet the standards set by the health department.
