- The Wilmette Chamber of Commerce sponsored Ridge Road Fall Fest will be held on Ridge Road from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sept. 25. Comments by merchants Dave Zier of Zier's PRime Meat and Poultry; Rita Raggi owner of Wilmette Tailors and Cleaners. Village Center Merchants' sponsored "Ladies Night Out" takes place 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 21 in downtown Wilmette. Comments by Matt Lambrecht of Lambrecht's Jewelers and Nili Yelin representing Wilmette Theatre.
