- A former Kenilworth resident, Theodore Ellingwood Moritz, North Shore Hotel, Evanston, died at Resthaven Sanitarium in Elgin, August 9. Interment was at Graceland cemetery. Born in New York City, he resided at 226 Warwick Road, Kenilworth, from 1921 until 1944. Survivors are his wife, Pauline Mueden Moritz; a daughter, Mrs. Morris A. Bell, Oshkosh, Wis.; a son, Aubert T. Moritz, Evanston, formerly of Kenilworth; a brother, Edward G. Moritz, Chicago, and three grandchildren.
