- Robert R. "Rusty" Richards, 61, of Elgin, formerly of Oak Park, died August 8, 2003 after a long illness. Born March 29, 1942 in Oak Park. Survivors include his wife, Sheila Richards; his former wife, Marlene Skriba of Barrington; children, Dina Polaski, Rob Skiba, Jim Richards and Erin (Jim) Antonopoulos of Rolling Meadows; his half-brother, H. Brent Tuttrup of Wilmette; and half-sister, E. Jane Wine. Preceded in death by his parents, Marguerite (nee Brett) and Ralph Richards; and his half-brother, Roger R. Tuttrup.
