- Marion "Meemaw" Pierson, 94, of Wilmette, died February 10, 2003 in Skokie. Born September 8, 1908 in Wilmer, Minnesota. Survivors include a daughter, Joyce (Don) Rumsfeld; a daughter-in-law, Jan Pierson; two sisters, Gertrude and Elsie; six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; their families; and her vast extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis W. Pierson and her son, Lou Pierson, Jr.
