- Lucille M. Thalmann, 80, died at Evanston Hospital Oct. 10. She is survived by her husband George J.; a son and daughter, George J. Jr., of Glenview, and Gayle Smith of Northbrook; and grandchildren Christine and Donna Thalmann of Glenview, and Larry and William Smith of Northbrook, and great-grandson Chad Smith of Glenview. Also surviving are her brother and three sisters, Ernie Henke of Appleton, Wis.; Olive Siewart of Madison, Wis.; Hazel Jacobs, Madison; and Eleanor Dickinson of Skokie.
