- Arthur F. Siebel, 78, of Northbrook, died February 6 at Brandel Care Center. Mr. Siebel was born in Chicago. Survivors include his wife, Ruth; daughter Frances Cihak of Washington, Illinois; and sons Richard (Cook County Commissioner) of Northbrook, James of Rockford, William of Glenview, Robert of Wilmette, Thomas of San Francisco and John of Portland. Ten grandchildren also survive. A memorial service was Monday evening at the Lutheran Church of the Ascension in Northfield. Burial was private.
