- Beverly (nee Blackwell) Skalla died March 15 at the Hospice of the North Shore.
Mrs. Skalla was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Mrs. Skalla is survived by four sons, John (Elizabeth), Jeffrey (Anna), Lincoln (Kati) and Steven (Jeanette); and 11 grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on March 19 at the Winnetka Bible Church.
