- Dorothy Dodge Smith was born in Chicago and lived in Glencoe and Winnetka since 1930. She died there on April 18 at the age of 96. Mrs. Smith was predeceased by her husband, Bernard Peacock Smith, and a daughter, Barbara Ann Smith. She is survived by her daughter Marion (John A.) Sivright; three grandchildren, John (Nancy) Sivright Jr. of Hastings-on-Hudson, NY, Scott (Mindy) Sivright of Glenview, Barbara (Richard) Costin of Columbus, Ohio; and five great-grandchildren.
