- Sallie Van Norden McClure, 63, died at her home in Winnetka on April 30. Born in Scarsdale, New York, she had lived in Kenilworth for 18 years, and in Winnetka for five years. She is survived by her husband, Archibald; four children, Archibald III of Wilton, Conn., John of Winnetka, Sallie Stanley of Winnetka, and Marion Cartwright of Lake Bluff; and eight granchildren. Her brother is John Van Norden of Richmond, Virginia.
