- Sarah Grace Lydia McCullagh, 17, of Woodstock, died August 24, 1999 at Memorial Medical Center. Born in Cleveland, Ohio. Survivors include her mother and step-father, Bette and David Chwalisz of Woodstock; her father Douglas McCullagh of Winnetka; a brother, Andrew Gordon McCullagh of Raleigh, N.C.; her stepmother, Patricia Moody; maternal grandparents, Grace and Joseph Carlson of Glen Ellyn; paternal grandparents Barbara and William Stone of New Bern, N.C.; and step-grandparents Joan and James Chwalisz of Skokie. Preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Robert E. McCullagh.
