- Angus James Johnston, 78, died at Old Orchard Manor on Feb. 16. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Coad Johnston; his daughter and son, Heather (David) Nutter of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Angus J. Johnston IV; and his brother, Robert of Tucson, Ariz. Funeral services were Feb. 20 at St. Augustine's Episcopal Church in Wilmette. Interment was at Memorial Park.
