Katherine Collins Horne and Edward Kirby Rutledge were married on Nov. 13 at the Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii in Chicago with the Rev. Daniel Whiteside officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Dodge Horne of Winnetka. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Kirby Rutledge of Wheaton. The matron of honor was the bride's sister, Elizabeth Horne Ahearne of Chicago. The bridesmaids were Jennifer Vlazny and Catherine Ragen of Chicago; Dierdre Walsh of Washington, D.C.; and Sherri Honeycutt of Freetown, Mass. The best man was Warren Weaver of Connecticut. Groomsmen were Mauro Loran Garcia of Madrid, Spain; Pierre Dumay of Aurora; Sammy Radi of Wheaton; and Cary Keller of Pittsburg, Pa. The flower girls were the bride's nieces, Margaret Horne of Winnetka; Marion Ahearne of Chicago; and Emily, Courtney, and Jennifer Horne of Alpharetta, Ga. The bride's nephew, William Horne Jr. of Alpharetta, escorted his cousins. The couple are residing in Chicago.
