- Interview with Andrew Greensphan, owner of restaurant, Irving's for Red Hot Lovers. Greensphans father, Irving, started the hot dog and sausage restaurant in 1975, and in 1989 he began using his own line of meat products with a distinctive smoky flavor and dark red hue. The current owner offers food boxes with Irving's products that can be shipped around the country.
