- Miss Marjorie "Dick" Wingate Evers, 86, formerly of Glencoe, born March 23 [no year] in Wilmette, died December 23, 1998 in La Jolla, California Daughter of Rear Adm. Edward Evers and Vera King Evers. Survived by a sister, Jean Evers (Glen) Adams of Fairfield, Wash., and three nieces, all daughters of her sister, Virginia, who died in 1967.
