- Charles Bailey Blake, a Wilmette dentist, 82, of 3222 Sprucewood Rd., Wilmette died May 27 at Evanston Hospital. He was born in Kewanee, Ill. He is survived by his wife, Frances B., a daughter, Judith Ives of Northfield; two sons, Thomas L. and Charles B. Jr.; and 10 grandchildren. Burial was in Memorial park Cemetery, Skokie.
