- A memorial service for John Boyd Rodgers Jr. is scheduled for 4 p.m. Monday at Kenilworth Union Church, 211 Kenilworth Ave. Mr. Rodgers died Saturday in Delray Beach, Florida at the age of 80. Mr. Rodgers was born in Pennsylvania. He is survived by his daughters, Betsy (Jon) Smith and Holly Rodgers Jordan; his sons, John Boyd (Marcia) Rodgers III and Scott William Stuart (Marti) Rodgers; and his grandchildren, Stuart, Austin and Emily Smith; Jamie Justin and John Casey Jordan; Paige Rodgers; and Kimberly and David Rodgers, all of Winnetka.
