- A memorial service for John M. Butler III, 53, is scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday, April 7, at Christ Church, 784 Sheridan Road, Winnetka. Mr. Butler died March 27.
Mr. Butler, who was born Aug. 3, 1948 in Evanston, was the eldest of seven siblings. Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Patricia “Trisha;” sons, Scott, Ryan and Kevin; his parents, Mary Jane “Mickey” and John M. “Jack” Butler Jr. of Winnetka; sisters, Mary (Tim) Burke of Westport, N.Y., Anne McNerney (Pete) of Edina, Minn., and Peg (Tom) Cucciniello of Ramsey, N.J. ; brothers, Jim (Kris) of Janesville, Wis., Peter (Jessie) of Houston, Tex., and Dan (Carol) of Jacksonville, Fla. He is also survived by his his wife’s parents, Bob and Pat Raber of Nashville, Tenn.
